 How to Create a Hosting Account

Creating a hosting account with Novaya is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to get started.

 Step 1: Visit Our Website

•  Go to novayahost.co.tz .

•  Click on the "Register" button located at the top right corner of the homepage.

•  Fill out the form that appeared with all required details.

• You logged in to your dashboard.

 Step 2: Choose a Hosting Plan

• Click on Hosting tab from menu/navigation

• Browse through our hosting plans (e.g., Basic Plan, Standard Plan, PremiunPlan).

• Select the plan that best suits your needs by clicking "Order now" button.

• Add a domain name, 

• Click ‘add to cart’ then "Continue" to proceed.

• Confirm your order summary.

• Tick the box labeled as ‘I have read and agree to the Terms of Service’

• Choose wisely payment method; by default is pesapal.

• Click ‘continue’ to proceed with invoice/payment.

 Step 3: Register or Transfer a Domain

•  Register a New Domain:

   - Enter your desired domain name in the search box (e.g., ‘yourdomain.com’).

   - If the domain is available, click "Add to Cart."

   - If the domain is unavailable, you’ll see suggestions for alternative domains.

• Use an Existing Domain:

   - Select the option "I already have a domain.".

   - Enter your existing domain name.

• Click "Continue".

 Step 4: Fill out your details and billing information

• Fill in your personal and billing information.

   - Full Name

   - Email Address

   - Password (for your hosting account)

   - Billing Address

   - Payment Information

• Choose the best payment method, either ‘pesapal’ or ‘bank transfer.’

• Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Tick the box to proceed.

• Click "Checkout."

 Step 5: Verify Your Email

• Check your email inbox for a verification email from Novaya Technologies.

• Click the verification link in the email to activate your account.

 Step 6: Log in to Your Hosting Dashboard

• Go to novayahost.co.tz.

• Click the ‘Login’ button at the top right. Or, if logged in, click ‘My Account.’

• Enter your email address and password.

• Click "Log In."

 Step 7: Set Up Your Hosting

1. Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your hosting dashboard.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to:

   - Set up your website (e.g., install WordPress or use a website builder).

   - Configure email accounts.

   - Manage your domain and DNS settings.
